This privacy policy explains how SVNTY ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit or buy from svntyeg.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by SVNTY, Egypt. Contact: onlineshop@svntyeg.com.

What we collect

Order data: name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address, the items you order and your payment method. Account data: if you create an account, your login details and order history. Device data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and the referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, to handle returns and exchanges, to answer your messages, to prevent fraud, to comply with Egyptian law, and, with your consent, to send you offers and updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it for us

Shopify (store platform and hosting), Paymob (card and mobile-wallet payments; we never see your full card number), Bosta (delivery), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (site analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processor handles your data under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose we engage it for.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the Store is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may stop the checkout from working.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Egyptian tax and consumer-protection law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing messages, by e-mailing onlineshop@svntyeg.com. We answer within 30 days.
