These terms apply to every purchase made on svntyeg.com (the "Store"), operated by SVNTY, Egypt. By placing an order you accept them. Contact: onlineshop@svntyeg.com.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include VAT. An order is accepted when we confirm it by e-mail. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error; any amount paid is refunded in full.

Payment

We accept cards and mobile wallets through Paymob, and cash on delivery. Card details are handled by Paymob; we never store them.

Delivery

Orders ship across Egypt with Bosta. Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout. You can cancel an order at no cost until it has been handed to the courier; after that, the return terms below apply.

Returns and exchanges

In line with Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may return or exchange an online order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Size exchanges are processed as a return and a new order and carry the return shipping fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or in cash for cash-on-delivery orders, within 14 days of our receiving the item. Products

We make every effort to display colours and details accurately; small differences between the photo and the product can occur.

Intellectual property

The SVNTY name, logo, photographs and site content belong to SVNTY and may not be used without written permission.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the Egyptian courts.
