From checkout to your door

  1. Packed We pack your order and hand it to Bosta within one to two working days. To cancel, use Returns and exchanges before Bosta collects it.
  2. Picked up Bosta scans your parcel, and we send you an email with your tracking number. The clock starts here.
  3. On its way Bosta contacts you before the visit to confirm the time, or to move it to another day.
  4. At your door Paid online: receive your parcel. Cash on delivery: pay the courier. You can open the parcel and check your pieces first, and you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange.

  • Free delivery on orders of EGP 3,000 or more, to any governorate, whatever that zone's fee.
  • Cash on delivery everywhere we deliver. Pay the courier when your order arrives; you can open the parcel and check your pieces before you accept it.
  • We pack your order and hand it to Bosta within one to two working days.
  • Once Bosta collects your parcel, we send you an email with your tracking number, and Track your order shows its live state.
